Job Summary
Brother Construction Depot is a fast-growing supplier and installer of kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, and SPC flooring serving homeowners, contractors, and builders across the greater Phoenix area. We carry quality products at competitive prices and back them with professional installation. As we expand our Arizona showroom and warehouse operations, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at our Tempe showroom
- Generate, follow up on, and close sales leads (homeowners, contractors, designers, builders)
- Prepare accurate quotes and product proposals for cabinets, countertops, and flooring
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat and trade customers
- Coordinate with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Meet monthly sales targets and keep customer records up to date
- What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of sales experience (construction, home improvement, cabinets, or flooring strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus — required to serve our customer base
- Basic computer skills (quotes, email, CRM/inventory systems)
- Valid AZ driver's license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
