Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate engine lathes, boring mills, and other manual machine tools
- Utilize your CNC knowledge to assist with automated machining tasks when needed
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform precision machining on critical components with tight tolerances
- Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace
Experience:
- 1–2 years of CNC machining experience (in addition to manual machining)
- Confidence in setting up and running manual machine tools
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
- A team-first attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist
- 1–2 years of CNC machining experience (in addition to manual machining)
- Knowledge of machine tool set-up and operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
Working Conditions:
The work environment includes regular exposure to:
- Moving mechanical parts
- Loud noise from machine tools
- Occasional exposure to heat, dust, metal particles, and cutting fluids
- Standard safety procedures, PPE, and equipment are provided and required
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand for extended periods, walk, reach, and handle tools
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing may be required
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally lift heavier items with assistance
- Visual acuity to read measurements, operate machinery, and perform detailed inspections

Pay: $25.03 - $30.14 per hour
