Plantscaping & Blooms is seeking an experienced Studio Floral Designer to join our creative team. Unlike many floral positions, this is a full-time, Monday through Friday role focused primarily on designing for our loyal corporate clients and daily floral orders.

What You'll Do
- Design recurring floral arrangements for corporate clients throughout Northeast Ohio
- Create custom floral designs for daily orders and special occasions
- Process, condition, and care for fresh flowers and botanicals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient floral studio
- Work collaboratively with our design and customer service teams
- Help maintain our high standards of quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with weddings and special events on an as-needed basis
What We're Looking For
- Professional floral design experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of floral design principles, mechanics, and flower care
- Creativity with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
