As we continue to grow we are looking for a high-energy Leasing Agent ready to take the next step in their career.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a mature, outgoing, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. You’ll be responsible for leasing residential units, managing leads, conducting tours, closing deals, and being a professional face of The Edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Conduct in-person and virtual property tours
- Process applications, screen tenants, and prepare lease agreements
- Utilize AppFolio to manage tasks, communications, and workflows
- Maintain occupancy and leasing goals and customer service
- Assist with resident move-ins
What We’re Looking For:
- High-energy, self-motivated professional with a positive attitude
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior leasing or property management experience preferred
- Proficient with technology (AppFolio, Microsoft Office, or CRM tools a plus)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
