Position Overview
The Front Desk Sales Concierge plays a critical role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping drive practice growth. This position combines luxury customer service, patient coordination, and sales responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in discussing treatment options, comfortable handling consultations and follow-up communications, and passionate about helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Deliver a five-star concierge experience from check-in to check-out
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and online inquiries
- Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
Sales & Consultation Support
- Convert incoming leads into consultations and appointments
- Follow up with prospective patients regarding consultations, treatment plans, and quotes
- Educate patients on available procedures, treatments, memberships, and financing options
- Assist providers and patient coordinators with consultation flow
- Help achieve monthly sales and booking goals
- Maintain accurate patient records and CRM documentation
Administrative Duties
- Process payments and financing applications
- Verify patient information and intake forms
- Coordinate provider schedules and appointment availability
- Manage daily reports and front office operations
- Support practice marketing initiatives and patient events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office, medical spa, plastic surgery practice, luxury hospitality, or high-end sales environment
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and treatment recommendations
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness
- Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and aesthetic treatments
- Experience with patient financing programs
- Previous experience meeting sales goals or performance metrics
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
