Responsibilities

- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to maximize cleanliness while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to prevent injury.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or custodial roles.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and floor care techniques.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and surface sanitation methods.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Previous janitorial or outdoor work experience is a plus but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
