An established advanced manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews across a major industrial construction programme in Northern Nevada.
This is an excellent opportunity for a working Foreman who enjoys being present in the field, developing electrical teams and taking ownership of installations from planning through to energisation and turnover.
You will provide daily leadership to journeyman electricians and apprentices working on large-scale industrial electrical installations.
Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, you will plan work, allocate manpower, coordinate materials and ensure the crew achieves its safety, quality and productivity targets.

Motor control centres, motors and VFDs

Conduit and cable-tray systems

Cable pulling and terminations

Grounding and bonding

Lighting and branch power

Instrumentation and controls

Battery energy storage infrastructure

Testing, commissioning and energisation

Lead the daily activities of electricians and apprentices.

Plan daily and weekly work based on drawings, schedules and available manpower.

Assign work and monitor crew safety, productivity and workmanship.

Conduct pre-task planning, toolbox talks and job hazard assessments.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams and specifications.

Identify constructability issues and field conflicts before they affect the programme.

Coordinate work with mechanical, civil, structural, controls and commissioning teams.

Ensure installations comply with the National Electrical Code and project requirements.

Monitor labour hours, installed quantities, materials and short-term progress.

Inspect completed work and resolve quality issues before formal inspection.

Support testing, troubleshooting, commissioning and system turnover.

Mentor journeyman electricians and apprentices.

Enforce lockout/tagout, NFPA 70E and all site safety procedures.

Communicate delays, material shortages and manpower requirements to project leadership.

Journeyman Electrician licence or completed electrical apprenticeship.

Medium-voltage electrical experience.

Experience within advanced manufacturing, battery production, renewable energy, data centres, automotive manufacturing or power generation.

Familiarity with NFPA 70E, commissioning and energisation procedures.

OSHA 30 certification.

Experience working for a self-perform electrical contractor or construction team.
