Job Description Summary
Performs food outlet counter service, cashier and host duties as required. May be responsible for food and beverage order taking, minimal food preparation and/or packaging, and delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- May perform food and beverage counter service including order taking, packing and food delivery.
- Input and control ordering through register for each transaction, maintaining accountability for all food and drinks served.
- Ensure bank is counted and balanced with cage.
- Seat guests in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner while ensuring equal distribution of guests among servers.
- Answer phones and directs calls appropriately.
- Handle initial complaints and inform manager on duty.
- Remain up-to-date on food and beverage offerings and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
- Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Required Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous cash handling and dining room host experience preferred
- Attend and complete California Department of ABC Lead Training Program
Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must me able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time. Also will be subjected to a smoke filled environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
