At Renick Orthodontics, we a looking for an upbeat, positive person who enjoys looking forward to a fantastic job at our office! We are committed to providing quality care to our patients and their families. We are currently seeking a PART TIME clinical chairside assistant to join our orthodontic family and help create smiles! The position is for one to two days a week from 8:30-5:30 at our Sunbury office location. We are looking for someone who is dependable and reliable and fits well with our awesome staff. This highly motivated person should be able to handle a busy daily schedule and work well in a team atmosphere. Responsibilities primarily include working directly with our patients at the chairside, but may include some light front desk work as well.
Due to the PART TIME nature of this position, this is a wonderful opportunity for a stay at home parent who wants to reintroduce herself/himself back into the workplace on a part-time basis. Or, if you are looking to supplement another job and the hours work out, this can be a satisfying position. People who currently hold jobs that are good with their hands generally fit well with this type of work. A good example is someone who is a hair stylist.
Compensation will be based on experience. Applicants with no experience will be hired at an ENTRY LEVEL pay. Pay will be adjusted as you grow on the job. You will be expected to sign a one year commitment. All of our employees will be encouraged to obtain their dental x-ray license as they train if they have not already done so. Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to multi-task are important requirements for this job.

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures in orthodontics
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Support the team with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, and managing medical records, and assisting with medical coding when necessary
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with pediatric patients and their families.
- Dependability and reliability is a must as this is a patient care facility. Absence and lateness are not tolerated.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
