About All Birdies No Bogies Delivery Inc We are a growing logistics company operating freight routes throughout Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. We are based in Riverside, CA and move loads throughout Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona, including San Diego, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and surrounding areas. We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious independent contractors who take pride in their work and understand that on-time delivery and professional communication are non-negotiable.
Routes & Schedule
- Daily driving approximately 250-600 miles per day
- Home base: Corona/Riverside, CA, The Inland Empire. Must live in close proximity due to the fast-paced environment of receiving loads
- Primary lanes: Southern California, Las Vegas, NV, Phoenix, AZ, and surrounding markets
- Consistent work available for reliable contractors
Compensation Structure This is a performance-based 1099 contract position. Pay is structured to reward your tenure, reliability, and growth with the company:
- Commission Pay: Earn up to 25% of all gross revenue/money originated per week, tiered based on your length of service and operational performance.
- Bonus opportunities available based on load completion and safety record. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and applicable business expenses.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate a non-CDL box truck safely and professionally
- Load and unload freight using a liftgate and pallet jack
- Comprehend, sign, and acknowledge Bills of Lading (BOL) accurately
- Adhere to FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) regulations at all times
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch and management
- Stay connected via smartphone or iPhone Find My Friends or similar tracking software during all loaded dispatches (required for shipper tracking compliance and non-negotiable)
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all delivery locations
- Document and report any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues immediately
Requirements
- Valid drivers License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Current DOT Medical Examiner Certificate (Medical Card) REQUIRED. If you don't have these items, when selected, we will help you obtain.
- Must pass a background check and MVR check prior to onboarding
- Must own or have access to an iPhone or comparable smartphone (Location tracking is mandatory)
- Familiarity with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and liftgate
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Applicants must live near Corona, Riverside, or the Inland Empire area, or close proximity due to the fast-paced environment of receiving loads
- Authorized to work in the United States
Important: Tracking & Communication Policy All contractors running with All Birdies No Bogies equipment are required to be connected on iPhone Find My Friends or similar location-tracking software during active dispatches. This is standard practice required by our shippers. If you are not comfortable with GPS location sharing during work hours, this position is not a good fit. Privacy is respected tracking applies to working hours only.
