Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards, utilizing culinary experience where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and takes pride in a great close and open.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to provide AWESOME FOOD and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred but not required. Will get training
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills and the ability to complete tasks in a timely, but spec, manner
- Familiarity with prep and cooking procedures
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and kitchen experience for maintaining a clean and safe work environment
