We specialize in "invisible" elite cosmetic dentistry—porcelain veneers, comprehensive smile makeovers, and full-mouth reconstructions/implants as well as general dentistry. Because Dr. Ben is personally involved in every single microscopic detail of a patient's care, he requires a right-hand clinical partner who operates at that exact same standard of excellence.
The Role: Clinical Partner & Artisan Assistant
We are growing and seeking an exceptional, ultra-polished Dental Assistant who views dental assisting not just as a job, but as a refined craft. You will be creating a concierge-style environment, interacting with all ranges of clientele who expect complete discretion, warmth, and seamless professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairside Collaboration: Act as a true second set of hands for complex, extended aesthetic preparations, provisional fabrications, and surgical/implant procedures (including full-arch All-on-4 reconstructions).
- Digital & Traditional Craftsmanship: Utilize state-of-the-art practice technology, including intraoral scanners, 3D cone beam imaging (CBCT), and digital smile design setups.
- Laboratory & Shade Coordination: Assist in custom shade calibrations and manage seamless communication with dental ceramics labs.
- Bespoke Patient Concierge: Anticipate patient comfort levels, guide them gently through intensive smile design appointments, and coordinate comprehensive clinical aftercare protocols.
- Impeccable Operatory Standards: Maintain an immaculate, sterile clinical environment that mirrors the aesthetic standard of a luxury West Hollywood studio.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in premium cosmetic dentistry required. Experience in luxury markets is a plus.
- A Precision Eye: You notice the details that others miss—from the angle of a light reflection on a temporary veneer to the perfect organization of a surgical tray.
- Polished Communication & Discretion: High emotional intelligence, a warm and grounded clinical demeanor, and absolute commitment to confidentiality for patients.
