Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support the drilling operations by assisting with equipment setup, maintenance, and safety procedures. Your hands-on involvement will help ensure efficient drilling processes while adhering to strict safety standards and regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in heavy equipment operation, pump installation and well repairs. On Site Training, Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment, including excavators.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on trucks and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Follow all federal construction safety regulations, equipment safety procedures, and site-specific safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid chaffeur driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass DOT physical
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting a plus
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining safety standards on-site.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
