Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in our HVAC division. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to build lasting partnerships with business and homeowners. Must have strong ability to close sale with focus on value and quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales in HVAC industry
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
