Position Overview
SereneLuxe Cleaning is growing and looking to connect with skilled cleaning professionals who are interested in flexible contract opportunities throughout Houston and nearby service areas.
This opportunity is best suited for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who have experience in residential cleaning and are comfortable supporting occasional commercial assignments as service demand grows.
We value professionalism, consistency, communication, and quality work. Contractors who perform well may be offered additional assignments as availability and client demand increase.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $23.00 per hour
- Earning potential up to $40.00 per hour with tips and incentives
- Weekly payouts
- Performance-based opportunities available
- Additional work opportunities may become available as the company expands
Schedule
- Contract-based scheduling
- Flexible availability accepted
- Preferred availability between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Most assignments are scheduled during daytime hours
- Contractors must communicate schedule changes as soon as possible
- Once an assignment is accepted, reliability and timeliness are expected
Service Area
Assignments may be located throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Contractors should be comfortable traveling within approximately a 50-mile radius from central Houston when needed.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for cleaning professionals who:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have at least 1 year of residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Take pride in detailed, high-quality cleaning
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Manage time well
- Have dependable transportation
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Are comfortable following service checklists and client instructions
- Are interested in flexible, ongoing contract work
Equipment & Supplies
Contractors should have access to basic cleaning tools and equipment, including:
- Vacuum cleaner
- Mop system
- General cleaning tools
- Basic cleaning supplies
Professional-grade products and specialty supplies are encouraged. Limited supply support may be available depending on the assignment and service needs.
Additional Requirements
- Background screening may be required
- Onboarding and service training support available
- References, reviews, or testimonials are preferred
- Professional appearance and respectful client communication are expected
