American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Worcester, MA, requiring C-section circulator experience and AWHONN certification.

Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:45–07:15)
-
36 hours per week
-
Every other weekend and every other holiday required

13-week contract

Active MA RN license required; candidates without a MA license in hand may be considered provided there are no license or background issues and they are willing to prioritize obtaining licensure upon offer

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate level or above)

Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required; 3 years strongly preferred — candidates with 2 years must have travel nursing experience

Ability to circulate C-sections required

Epic EMR experience required

2 professional references required for consideration, at least one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or above

Clean nursing license with no prior disciplinary actions

Orientation includes two pass/fail exams: a medication exam and a telemetry/EKG exam — each allows only one attempt; failure results in immediate contract cancellation
