- Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs.
- Recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after policy issuance.
- Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid Life Insurance license
- At least 1+ year experience in sales is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
