- Skilled in natural styling, locs, braiding, silk presses, twists, or protective styling (preferred but not required for apprentices/junior stylists)
Position Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experiences from start to finish
- Perform professional natural hair services
- Educate clients on healthy hair care practices
- Maintain cleanliness and salon standards
- Recommend salon retail products to clients
- Assist with salon operations and team support
- Stay updated on trends, techniques, and training
- Help create a welcoming luxury atmosphere
