Job Title: Designer/Drafter
Location: Hanover, MD

We are seeking an experienced Designer/Drafter with strong SolidWorks expertise to support mechanical design and drafting projects.
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of CAD design experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (Routing, Sheet Metal, Weldments, and PDM)
- Experience creating part/assembly models and detailed engineering drawings
- Knowledge of GD&T, ANSI Y14.5, and manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in Design, Drafting, or related field
- SolidWorks Advanced Parts & Assemblies certification
- Experience with military standards and mechanical fabrication
