Position Summary
Our Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative is often the first impression customers have of AirMaster. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating technicians, scheduling appointments, and ensuring each day runs efficiently.
This role requires someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule service, sales, maintenance, and installation appointments
- Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Communicate schedule changes and updates with customers and technicians
- Confirm appointments and maintain daily schedules
- Enter and update customer information accurately
- Assist customers with service questions and membership information
- Help convert incoming calls into booked appointments
- Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Work closely with Service, Sales, and Installation departments
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan
- Support office operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay calm and prioritize during busy periods
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
- Comfortable working with multiple computer programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Sales-minded with the ability to educate customers on memberships and services
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Previous HVAC dispatching experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or dispatching experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in-office
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
Schedule
- Full-time
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday–Friday
- On call shift - One Weeknight a week and One Weekend a month.
