Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and properly functioning pools while delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance (skimming, brushing, vacuuming)
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
- Identify and report repair needs or potential issues
- Maintain accurate service records
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous pool service experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Knowledge of pool chemicals and equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
