Position Summary
Camp NAC is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bus Driver to support daily transportation needs between our primary campus and our second camp location. This role is essential to ensuring smooth transitions for campers and staff, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the overall camp experience.
Schedule
Days: Tuesday?Friday; May need some Monday's as needed.
Season: Summer Camp Season (June?August)
Hours: Morning and afternoon routes, with multiple trips between campuses
Consistency: Weekly recurring schedule
Primary Responsibilities
Safely transport campers and staff between Camp NAC?s primary campus and second campus
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for campers during transport
Follow all traffic laws, NAC transportation policies, and camp safety procedures
Communicate clearly with camp leadership regarding schedules, delays, or concerns
Assist with camper loading/unloading as needed
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
