Position Overview
A high-end consumer brand specializing in technology and premium in-home products and services with over 70 retail locations across the US. Our success is driven by compelling video content that not only builds brand equity but also generates qualified leads and drives measurable results.
We’re seeking a talented Videographer & Video Editor who can bring our brand to life across paid advertising, long-form storytelling, short-form social content, and national brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understands how to balance cinematic quality with performance-driven goals.
This is an In-Person - Full Time Role. Must have portfolio to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot and edit high-quality video content for paid advertising campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google, OTT/CTV)
- Produce long-form brand content: brand films, testimonials, educational videos, product demonstrations, and showroom walkthroughs
- Create short-form content optimized for social platforms: Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories
- Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand deliverables — including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and captions
- Manage and maintain organized raw footage libraries, project files, and asset archives
Advertising & Performance Content
- Partner with the marketing team to develop video ads designed to convert — balancing brand aesthetics with direct-response performance
- Produce multiple creative variations and cuts for A/B testing across ad platforms
- Understand platform specs, aspect ratios, and best practices for paid video across Meta, YouTube, Google, and connected TV
- Support opportunity and sales teams with video assets for prospecting, retargeting, and nurture campaigns
National Brand Content
- Execute video projects that reflect our national brand standard while supporting local and regional retail initiatives
- Collaborate on brand campaigns, seasonal pushes, product launches, and corporate storytelling
- Ensure all video content is cohesive with overall brand identity and visual guidelines
Team Collaboration
- Work under the guidance of the Associate Creative Director
- Work closely with the marketing team — including strategists, lead gen specialists, and creative leadership — in a highly collaborative production environment
- Participate in creative briefs, campaign brainstorms, and strategy reviews
- Receive and implement feedback efficiently while managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Coordinate with on-screen talent, homeowners, retail staff, and external vendors as needed
Requirements
- Strong portfolio or reel showcasing a mix of ad creative, brand films, and short-form social content
- 2–3+ years of professional videography and video editing experience (agency, in-house, or production company preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects; experience with DaVinci Resolve a plus
- Proficiency in CapCut for fast-turnaround short-form and social content editing
- Proficiency in Canva for branded graphics, video templates, and social asset creation
- Hands-on experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless and cinema cameras; proficiency with lighting and audio equipment
- Willingness to learn direct response marketing & social paid ad platform specs and creative requirements (Meta, YouTube, Google Ads)
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, color, and motion graphics
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
Preferred & Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working with high-end consumer or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with marketing metrics and how video creative impacts lead generation and sales
- Motion graphics and animation skills beyond basic titles and lower thirds
- Drone operation and aerial cinematography experience is a plus
