We’re currently hiring an IT Intern, Project Management to support our Information Services team. This 6-month role is designed for someone interested in the project management side of IT, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting technology initiatives, coordinating tasks, and learning how projects move from idea to execution across a healthcare environment.
What you’ll do

Support IT project teams with coordination of timelines, deliverables, and project documentation

Assist with tracking project progress, updating status reports, and helping identify risks or delays

Participate in project meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders

Help organize project materials including charters, schedules, and communication updates

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth execution of IT initiatives
Who you are

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Interested in project management, operations, or IT systems in a healthcare setting

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Comfortable communicating with team members and learning new tools or systems

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project tools is a plus
