CC Luxury Mobile Detailing is looking for an experienced full-time auto detailing technician who can work independently and handle scheduled customer vehicles from start to finish.
This is NOT an entry-level position.
We are looking for someone who already knows professional interior and exterior detailing. You should not need to be taught how to vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, clean wheels, wash vehicles, perform proper interior detailing, or complete a full detail.
Training will be provided specifically on our products, equipment, procedures, quality standards, mobile setup, and booking system.
What You'll Be Doing
- Check your scheduled jobs through our Urable booking system
- Review the customer's vehicle, service and location for the day
- Prepare the mobile detailing van and necessary products
- Travel directly to customers throughout the Palm Beach County area
- Complete interior, exterior and full-detail services independently
- Properly use pressure washers, vacuums, extractors, steamers, compressors and detailing chemicals
- Clean wheels, tires, wheel wells and exterior surfaces
- Vacuum, steam, shampoo and thoroughly clean vehicle interiors
- Perform services efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Keep the detailing van, equipment and chemicals clean and organized
- Update/complete jobs through Urable
Requirements
- Previous professional auto-detailing experience required
- Must already understand how to properly detail vehicles from start to finish
- Experience working for a detailing company, mobile detailing company or professional car-care business strongly preferred
- Must be able to work independently without constant supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Clean and responsible driving habits
- Reliable transportation to our starting location in West Palm Beach
- Full-time availability
- Comfortable driving a mobile detailing van
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Able to lift and move detailing equipment
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with customers
- Must be able to follow a daily schedule and arrive at appointments on time
Experience We're Looking For
You should already be comfortable performing:
- Full interior details
- Full exterior details
- Deep vacuuming
- Steam cleaning
- Carpet and upholstery extraction/shampooing
- Leather cleaning
- Wheel and tire cleaning
- Foam/pre-wash and contact washing
- Proper drying techniques
- Interior plastics and trim cleaning
- Basic stain removal
- Proper chemical dilution/use
- Working efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Polishing
Experience with clay bars, decontamination, polishing or paint correction is a major plus.
Training
You will not be starting from zero.
We will train you on:
- The specific products and chemicals CC Luxury uses
- Our dilution ratios and processes
- Our equipment and van setup
- Our quality-control standards
- Customer communication
- How to use Urable to check your appointments and scheduled services
- How our mobile routes and daily workflow operate
Once trained on our system, you should be capable of checking your schedule, preparing for your jobs, driving to customers and completing appointments independently.
Schedule
Full-time position.
Availability for weekdays and weekends is required. Start and finish times can vary depending on the day's appointments.

Paid Trial Period: Selected candidates will complete paid trial days at $18-20/hour. During these days, we’ll evaluate your detailing quality, speed, reliability, customer service, and ability to follow our mobile detailing system.
After successfully completing the trial period, you will start at Level 3 compensation:
- 20% commission on each job you complete
- $100 weekly base pay
- Opportunity to earn customer tips
- Opportunities to advance to higher pay levels as you prove your reliability, efficiency, quality, and ability to handle jobs independently
This position is designed for someone who wants to grow with the company. As you take on more responsibility and consistently meet our standards, we will continue moving you up through our pay levels with increased earning potential.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
