An established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center serving Central New York is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient team.
This is a strictly outpatient position focused primarily on adult patients. Physicians will provide comprehensive primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and serve as a clinical resource to advanced practice providers within a collaborative, team-based environment.
Position Highlights
- Flexible scheduling: five 8-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or three 10-hour shifts
- Full-time benefits eligibility available with reduced-day schedules
- Average patient volume of approximately 100 patients per week
- 30-minute appointment structure
- Low-intensity shared call rotation, approximately one week every four to six weeks
- MEDENT electronic medical record system
- Strong clinical, administrative, care coordination, and patient navigation support
- No formal supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for New York medical licensure
- Comfortable practicing independently in a busy outpatient setting
- Mission-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting base salary around $250,000, depending on experience
