With over 10 years of service across Pennsylvania, Serenity Hospice has cared for thousands of patients and families with a focus on compassion, dignity, and meaningful end-of-life support. As we launch our new center serving Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties, we’re looking for a dedicated Social Worker (MSW or BSW) to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter, helping shape a high-quality hospice program from the ground up while making a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.
What You’ll Do:
Provide emotional, psychosocial, and practical support to patients and families
Assist with end-of-life planning and resource coordination
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary hospice team
Advocate for patient needs and ensure compassionate care delivery
Support families through one of the most meaningful moments in their lives
What We’re Looking For:
MSW or BSW required
Prior healthcare or hospice-related social work experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for end-of-life care and supporting families
