Job Description
- Responsible for maintenance and development of customer accounts
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability and uses
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
<Sales Manager >
- Responsible for all profit and loss activities of the branch/sales office such as sales, GP, accounts receivable, purchasing and expenses.
- Oversee the sales team and its performance.
- Communicate with the office and warehouse to help streamline overall branch/sales office operations.
- Supervise daily activities and performance of sales staff.
Qualifications
- College graduate or equivalent work experience
- Excellent English Language skills in reading, writing, and speaking
- Excellent Chinese or Japanese language skills in reading, writing, and speaking
- Familiar with Japanese food & culture, preferred
- Good driving record required
- Able to drive long distances
