Production Team Member
Starting Pay: $16.00/hr (plus $0.50 shift differential, if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to cut and shape parts
- Perform assembly work to meet specifications
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Inspect and adjust parts for quality
Requirements:
- CNC experience or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Basic documentation/computer skills
- Good hand-eye coordination
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
