Located on the newly renovated Dowtown Pensacola, (inside the Garden on Palafox St) Renaissance Restaurant is the NEW place to be. Renaissance brings the spirit of the French bistro to the Gulf Coast with refined small plates (tapas style), thoughtful wines, and evenings meant to be savored.
We are looking for full or part-time servers to join the team.
Hours of operation are Tuesday to Saturday, dinner service only (4:30 to 9pm).
Experienced servers with knowledge of European culture and cuisine preferred.
Bartending skills appreciated.
Position is PAID WEEKLY! (~$250-$500/night in tips + min hourly wage)
Typical service tasks:
- Opening & Closing duties: cleaning, restocking, setting up tables and beverages
- Take food and drink orders accurately, efficiently and in a courteous & upscale manner
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
We are looking for a server that values esthetics, manners and traditions in their service. French Wine knowledge is preferred.
