Core Recruiting Functions:
- Achieve the recruiting targets and objectives as outlined in the official Monthly Mission Letter to ensure the required number of qualified Marines ship at the start of the training pipeline. The Government will issue this letter at the beginning of each month, establishing the firm recruiting targets for that specific performance month. The Contractor acknowledges that targets in future mission letters may be adjusted by the Government based on Command requirements and the performance of the preceding month.
- Understand and execute all phases of Systematic Recruiting: Prospecting, Screening, Selling, and Processing to generate a sufficient pool of New Working Applicants (NWAs) to meet mission goals.
- Conduct through screening of all prospects against MARFORSOC eligibility standards prior to committing resources to their application process. This serves as a critical quality control function.
- Educate applicants on MARFORSOC career paths, opportunities, and requirements through effective sales presentations and interviews.
- Adhere to all Marine Corps Orders, Directives, manpower policies and MARFORSOC Recruiting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
