General duties include but not limited to:
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently; both Morning Shift 7am-2pm and evening shift 2pm-10pm
- Ability to multitask and work in a sometimes stressful situation while maintaining composure and getting things done.
- Be able to take initiative and solve problems.
- Able to make a commitment to work on assigned days and hours.
-Care and feeding of grooming, daycare and boarding dogs.
-Administering medication.
-Cleaning and sanitizing runs, general cleaning of all kennel areas.
-Answer phones, make reservations, check-in/out customers, and appropriately handle associated paperwork.
-Must be very detail oriented and able to work quickly and multi-task.
We are looking to expand our staff as our business has grown. Morning and evening shift combinations available. Previous experience with dog handling/ and care, training, dog bathing or grooming at least one year is preferred. As a boarding facility we operate 365 days a year, weekend and holiday availability is required.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
