Meehan Inc. is a trusted environmental, erosion control, site development and construction company with nearly 40 years in business and rich culture of safety is seeking a full time, Dump truck and flat bed Driver.
Based in Pendleton, SC., Meehan, Inc. is looking for a CDL driver to cover sites in NC.
We work as a team to perform earthwork and construction services to vital utility crews.
Class A or B CDL
Ability to ensure a safe working environment and support our goal of having zero safety incidents
Compensation is commensurate with experience + incentives and bonus for out of town
Clear driving record
Ability to chain and unload equipment is preferred
Mechanical experience a plus
Accountable for equipment safety, maintenance and operation
Clean preservation of interior/exterior of equipment and professional appearance is essential
Complete daily paperwork
Candidate will be expected to manage safety, logistics and multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Must be willing to travel as required by project (usually 3/4 nights per week out of town)
Ability to use upper body forces of 40lbs, bend, and squat
Tobacco-free environment
Required drug/alcohol screening
Individual will have the ability and skill to work in various weather conditions
Training will be provided to understand basic terms and units as reports on units will be required daily
Willingness to learn, adhere and articulate safety regulations and document those requirements in writing
