Unique Pharmacy Liaison/Coordinator – Work From Home
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Liaison/Coordinator to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll support our pharmacy operations by handling key administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth communication between patients, providers, and external pharmacies. You will coordinate directly with the pharmacies, keep patients up to date, and help streamline workflows, allowing our team to focus on delivering an exceptional concierge experience.

Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone with pharmacy technician experience and background who can apply those skills in a pharmacy liaison role within our growing start-up.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between patients, providers, and external pharmacies
- Coordinate prescription refills, renewals, and pharmacy communication
- Keep patients updated on medication status, shipments, and any changes
- Support appointment scheduling and related administrative tasks
- Communicate patient-reported side effects or concerns to the medical team
- Perform other pharmacy liaison and remote support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or in a pharmacy required
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Comfortable with patient-facing and pharmacy-facing communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) and general computer skills
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt in a start-up environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a telehealth or remote healthcare environment
- Familiarity with prescription processing and pharmacy workflows
- Background in customer support or patient coordination
- Prior experience working in a start-up or rapidly growing organization
