Position Description:
Job Overview:
The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs the job responsibilities in such a way that all of the products that are made are of high quality and the customers that are served are completely satisfied.
Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to:
- Ability to control and utilize safely and correctly; i.e. toaster oven, slicers (must be 18 years or over), pan grippers, spatula, different types of knives, can opener, scales, microwave, speed oven, bread oven/proofer, coffee makers, etc.
- Ability to apply pressure to cut through and to clean products
- Ability to count, separate, and weigh all types of food products and to inventory items
- Ability to operate cash register, computer, and other basic machines and equipment
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Ability to enter and work in a cooler at a temperature of 40 degrees for up to 30 minutes
- Cleans and organizes workstations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image
- Ability to handle high levels of stress
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to operate in a constant state of alertness
Preferred Qualifications/Experience/Education
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to understand and follow direction and instructions
