The Recruiting Coordinator will act as the primary interface for the candidate during the search process. Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, meeting preparation, interview coordination, reference checks, retained search reporting and scheduling meetings. The Recruiting Coordinator provides strategic support to the business by consulting on process, timeline, and expectation setting. No two days are ever the same – and we LOVE that about our jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates on an ongoing basis to continuously develop and maintain pipelines through multiple channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and document interview notes in Loxo. Continuously document all relevant updates, notes, correspondence, contacts, etc.
- Lead the creation of weekly status reports and manage the data with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- As requested, participate in due diligence meetings with clients to discuss and obtain job details and understand requirements.
- Develop and update job descriptions and post positions to appropriate job boards.
- Screen all incoming resumes through job postings.Add all candidates to Loxo and reply as appropriate.
- Contact all qualified candidates by phone or email for initial assessment using the JK Executive Strategies interview questionnaire guide.
- As needed, request additional information such as references, writing or work samples, qualification charts, or screen forms.
- For qualified candidates, format resumes using JK Executive Strategies resume template.
- Present qualified candidates to Account Managers with standard presentation package. This may include formatted resume, summary of qualifications, writing/work samples, references.
- Maintain memberships and affiliations with professional organizations related to the industry.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve concerns and issues and assist Account Managers and other Coordinators as needed.
- Evaluate internal processes and procedures with the goal of consistent improvement.

Functional Knowledge:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience or industry related background, Recent grads with business/HRD degree will be considered.
- Leadership skills and demonstrated experience
- Initiative, creativity and outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent blend of education and work experience in industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with an ATS preferred. Strong technical/software skills are important.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
