Dispatch field service technicians to customer locations based on location, skill level, and job urgency

Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance services to ensure timely completion

Receive and process service requests from customers and coworkers, entering information into the system

Assist with paperwork, preparing reports, and tracking company lead sources

Support the Service Manager with ordering parts, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with vendors as needed
