Office Manager/Accounting
The Office Manager/Accounting is responsible for the front office at Hill Construction LLC and Hayward Concrete LLC. general duties include greeting customers, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies, A/P, accounting balancing.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Matching packing slips to invoices, entering accounts payable invoices daily in QuickBooks, and reconciling invoices to monthly vendor statements
· Weekly Accounts Payable check runs
· Yearly Vendor 1099s in QuickBooks
· Balancing and reconciling credit card receipts to statement. Reconciling credit card states and prepare for payment
· Assist HR Manager with reporting, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually- included, not limited to, W-2s
· Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls
· Purchasing and maintaining office supplies and equipment as needed
· Balance accounts and general filing – including, not limited to, vendor invoices, 1099 for sub-contractors, health, dental, vision, insurance information- current and non-current employees
· Balance accounts of Company insurance coverage including, not limited to, vehicle registration and insurance renewal on all company vehicles and trailers
· Submit clothing orders for the Hill Construction and Hayward Concrete crews
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of Accounts Payable and Payroll experience.
· An associate’s degree in accounting a plus
· Construction experience is a plus.
· 2+ years of QuickBooks experience and Miter payroll experience are a plus
· Excellent computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel QuickBooks.
· Hold current valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
