Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and selling HVAC systems across various property types. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and comfort for our clients. Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- All technicians are required to participate in on call one week (including weekend) a month for emergency service.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Conduct system testing to verify proper operation; adjust controls for optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed; communicate effectively with clients regarding system status and recommended solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems.
- Technical school OR 2+ years field service experience required.
- Valid driver’s license is required. A clean driving record with experience as a driver is a plus.
- Experience with sales and customer service is preferred.
- Physical dexterity and ability to perform service related tasks, including being willing and able to climb ladders and lift at least 50lbs is required.
- EPA certification is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
