We are looking for a Full-Time HR/Payroll Coordinator for our Alliance at Marie Esther facility.
The Ideal candidate will be working at Marie Esther and support the staff and the Executive Director with the day to day, payroll and human resource processes, 5 days a week. Our residents and your co-workers will need your assistance, support, guidance, and partnership in person on a daily basis.
Marie Esther will provide the tools necessary for you to excel in your role, including supportive management, good staffing levels, professional development, and an inclusive work environment. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.
Job Duties:
- Complete pre-employment references, background, OIG, sex offender, CNA registry, license checks.
- Screen and phone screen candidates.
- Provide benefit enrollment and education to new employees
- Answer questions or provide guidance on payroll, deductions, benefits, etc.
- Gather all forms necessary for weekly payroll and being resourceful when needed to find answers to questions.
- Collecting, emailing, scanning all forms including payroll as needed
- Working with the nursing travel agencies on set-up and all necessary paperwork
- Reconciliation of travelers’ hours for invoicing.
- Review/Interpret CBA and answer or provide guidance on employee questions.
- Complete new hire orientation and all required paperwork.
- Provide guidance and review on any disciplinary.
Qualifications:
- Prior HR administrative and payroll processing experience.
- 1-3 years' experience in a long-term care setting is desirable but not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills required.
Full Time postion.
Competetive Pay Range: $65K to $75K per year.
