Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach is seeking Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team! We have opportunities in our fine dining restaurant as well as our quick-service outlets: Pizza Parlor, Chip’s Grill, and Bamboo Grill. If you enjoy creating delicious meals and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, we want you on our team.
Position Summary
Cooks are responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food across multiple outlets, following standardized recipes and food safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare menu items according to established recipes and portion guidelines
· Ensure food is cooked to quality standards and served safely
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep, and storage areas
· Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock rotation
· Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, servers, and management
· Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
· Previous kitchen or line-cook experience preferred
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
· Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
· Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
