Home Health Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Business Insights:
- Initiate and develop strategic relationships with Professional Referral Sources, Care Managers, Hospitals, Independent/Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation facilities, etc.
- Work one-on-one with existing clients to build new and enhance existing relationships to generate new business.
- Develop and execute sales plans that include targets and goals for strategic sales.
- Increase Medicare, MMAI, and insurance admissions (currently we take 15+ insurances and expanding).
- Conduct research and continuously develop opportunities for new relationships and business development.
Customer Service:
- Responds promptly to customers/clients’ needs to build relationships; solicits customer feedback to improve service; meets commitments, fostering company image.

- Reacts well under pressure; upholds organizational values; treats people with respect. Represents the company in a professional manner.

Home Health Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a comparable relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Home Health/Health Care sales.
- Demonstrated history of positive sales results that involved a meaningful relationship with customers that lead to positive results.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required.
- Compliance of Federal and State practices and standards.
- Local travel is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
