Medical Assistant — Bare Aesthetic Medical Spa Closter, NJ | Full-Time | Immediate Hire
Exciting opportunity to work in a luxury medical spa. Bare Aesthetic Medical Spa is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. This is an urgent opening with a target start date within two weeks. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who values patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage room and tray setup
- Clean and reset rooms after each patient encounter
- Restock supplies
- Chart notes accurately
- Ensure photographs and notes are uploaded to the chart for provider signature
- Check patients out as needed
- Provide phone support as needed
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification preferred but will train right candidate
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; experience in medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery settings is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA standards and sterile technique
- Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start within two weeks
