As Project Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide executive-level oversight of multiple high-end residential construction projects.
- Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
- Establish project strategy, schedule, budget, staffing, and execution plans.
- Maintain senior-level relationships with owners, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Review project financials, schedules, procurement, change orders, and overall performance.
- Identify and resolve high-level project risks before they impact cost or schedule.
- Ensure projects maintain the company's standards for quality, craftsmanship, safety, and client service.
- Participate in preconstruction, estimating, contract negotiations, and project turnover.
- Mentor and develop project management and field staff.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex project and client issues.
