Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the organization’s fiscal health and growth. Duties
- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including revenue management, cost control, and profit optimization.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other relevant regulations.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and risk management to safeguard assets and optimize liquidity.
- Direct financial reporting processes, including preparation of accurate financial statements, regulatory reports, and internal management reports with clear interpretation of financial data.
- Supervise financial analysis activities such as profit & loss assessments, budgeting, forecasting models, and scenario analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Oversee compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations), ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition Standard), and other industry-specific regulations.
- Lead Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives by conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiations, and integration planning to support business expansion.
- Develop risk analysis frameworks to identify potential vulnerabilities across operations and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
- Manage finance teams responsible for accounting systems implementation, payroll management, cost accounting, governmental accounting standards, and supply chain finance.
- Drive fundraising efforts for business development opportunities while maintaining fiscal discipline through budgeting and expense management.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in finance leadership roles such as Finance Director or CFO within complex organizations; prior experience in nonprofit or corporate sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in financial concepts including financial statement analysis, financial modeling, forecasting analysis, and strategic management.
- Deep understanding of accounting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, IAS; proficiency with accounting systems and financial software is essential.
- Proven track record in managing SOX compliance, regulatory reporting requirements, risk management frameworks, and industry-specific regulations like ASC 606.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with supervisory experience in finance team management and technical accounting expertise.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strategic thinking for mergers & acquisitions and business development initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in executive management roles involving strategic planning, fiscal oversight, and organizational growth initiatives.

Pay: $23.66 - $30.16 per hour
