Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping
- Receive, unload, process, and store incoming inventory
- Handle and safely store customer goods and customer belongings
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery
- Perform inventory controls and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Complete inventory logs and report discrepancies to management
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and operations teams
- Travel with drivers to assist with loading and delivery projects when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines
- Represent the company professionally at all times

Job Requirements:
- 1 year of verifiable household goods moving and storage experience REQUIRED
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Comfortable using technology and inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Experience:
- Forklift Operation
- Cherry Picker Operation
- Pallet Jack Operation
