We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead our team. This position is crucial to our success operationally, financially, and culturally. The patient relationships we build are the core of our sustained success from referrals to reviews to exceeding patient expectations.
What you’ll do as an Office Manager:
- Manage business operations including scheduling, revenue optimization, expense control, and P&L responsibility including forecasts
- Partner with the Dentist(s) to lead the team by developing a collaborative, positive environment to support each member’s success and development
- Deliver a superior patient experience demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare discipline preferred
- Three (3) years dental practice management experience to include P&L oversight.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, filing claims, and explanation of benefits
- Excellent time management and analytical skills with the ability to quickly resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
- Attention to detail and accuracy with patient accounts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, experience with
- Dentrix preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
