Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the floor in a fast-paced food service environment
- Manage and lead a team of floor staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Supervise the setup and breakdown of dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Utilize Toast POS system for order processing and payment transactions
-Utilize OpenTable to manage reservations
Skills:
- Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of food service operations
- Experience in wine service is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in supervising staff and delegating tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable
- Culinary background or knowledge is beneficial
