We are looking for an experienced Automotive Wrap & Decal Installer who takes pride in producing exceptional work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled installer with proven experience completing full vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and vinyl decal installations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, works efficiently, and is committed to delivering clean, professional installations.
Responsibilities
- Install full and partial vehicle wraps on cars, trucks, vans, trailers, and commercial fleet vehicles.
- Install vinyl graphics, decals, lettering, and window graphics.
- Properly prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, measuring, and ensuring optimal adhesion.
- Trim, seam, and finish wraps with precision and attention to detail.
- Remove existing graphics and vinyl without damaging vehicle surfaces.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
- Load, unload, and move vehicles as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience installing vehicle wraps and graphics.
- Demonstrated experience installing complete vehicle wraps from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of premium wrap materials such as 3M, Avery Dennison, or similar vinyl products.
- Ability to use heat guns, knives, squeegees, and installation tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fleet graphics and commercial vehicle branding.
- Experience with wall graphics, window films, or architectural vinyl.
- Certification from 3M, Avery Dennison, or other wrap manufacturers is a plus.
