ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2001 and has big plans to continue growing. Our office location has been serving the community for more than 50 years (34 years before I even took over) so there’s a long-standing history of trust and service here.
I started my career as a Claims Representative and spent five years in claims before becoming an agent. I come from a multi-generational State Farm family. My dad was a State Farm agent, one of my brothers is currently an agent, and my other brother retired from State Farm as a claims representative. Insurance and serving customers has truly been a family tradition.
I stay very involved in the community through various local organizations and activities. Being present and connected locally is important to me and to the success of the agency. For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, and licensing reimbursement. As a smaller office, we provide a more personal, flexible environment while maintaining strong professionalism.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nathan Burnett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
